A New Blog Called Development Dialogue on Sierra Leone

Dear Colleague Sierra Leoneans and Development Practitioners Supporting Sierra Leone,

I have initiated a new blog called "Development Dialogue on Sierra Leone". I invite you all to participate in it. The purpose is simply to put on the table ideas, questions, answers, comments and views on current and burning development issues about Sierra Leone.

To start with, I'm requesting each one of you to float what you think to be the MOST BURNING DEVELOPMENT ISSUES OF THE DAY IN SIERRA LEONE.

I hereby propose the issue of INCLUSION AND ACCOUNTABILITY. Any contrary view?
